I was bored last weekend and decided to paint the frame. Took a bit of masking and reaching around things but overall, it came out quite nice. I still have the driveshaft to do along with drums and other minor bits. This will help with cleanup when washing. Aside from that, I hated looking at brown rust spots. I do enjoy tinkering with this thing. It was nice to take it out today to the Detroit dealer. This just sails so comfortably along.
I'm in the Phoenix area needing a windshield tech willing to work with me to set the windows.
I think I'll need to cut to coach opening to account for larger windows, thicker gaskets, shrinking openings, all or none. But I won't know forsure until the windows get pulled items measured the cut made and the windows reinstalled.
Anyone know of anyone near me that can do this work?
2007 coach, #808, looking for the J9 connection in the engine bay. My wife says I can’t find the milk in the refrigerator so I’m not surprised I can’t find the darn connection. Can anyone help? Trying to troubleshoot my PDI booster.

I have my coach up for sale. My plans have changed. It is in good condition ready to go we used it just this past weekend. Has had a mini split installed for the rear air conditioning and have the other one for the front that goes with it just not installed. Coach runs and drives very nice asking 129,900 please call 561-644-6537 with questions or for more pictures
This manifold started leaking around the valve when wiggled. I was told this is an issue with the O-Ring, but I didn't have any time to dig into finding a new one as we were on the road. I got a replacement from Valid and then, when I got home, I gave this one a breakdown. I cleaned the ports, inspected and lubed the o-ring, then reassembled.
IT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED for leaks. But, I have a feeling the clean and lube did the trick. But others have said to just get a new o-ring. At any rate, I'm not gonna throw this nice piece of machining in the trash, so let's get it into a needy new owner!
Just give me an offer to cover some shipping and it'll be on the way!

So I finally got around to messing with my Aqua Hot. I initially was not able to get the burner to turn on at all, the fan/pump motor would not run at all. I “fixed” that by giving the control box a thump and the fan/pump came on and I could hear the igniter trying to fire. So then I pulled the burner out, disconnected the igniter and then checked for fuel spray, I got none. So I ordered a new nozzle and put that on, check the fuel spray and it was perfect. I put the burner back in and it fired right up. I had it run up to temperature and shut off, then it would not start again. Another whack on the control box and it started. I was curios so I opened up the control box and it has a pretty decent dark area on the board, as if it has gotten hot. Also noted all the contacts for the cable connectors were dark. So I cleaned all the blades with a scotch bright pad and then I pulled all the spade connectors out of the plug and gave them a little crimp with pliers so they would grab onto the blade better. This seemed to help and now it’s cycling as it should.
I am not completely happy with this, so I have a Beckett control and igniter coming and I will be converting it over to the Beckett controller once that arrives. I will add that here and hopefully also do a video of the troubleshooting and the conversion process.
Here is a short video of celebration that the burner is going, I did find a post from Rudy about setting the air intake for the burner, maybe he can chime in and tell me I am doing it correctly:

I bought one of these newfangled gadgets which should make oil changes easier and allow for oil sampling. It comes with an extension hose (not pictured) that presses the plugs plunger as you screw it on. This allows the oil to flow nicely through the hose mess free into your collection vessel. Standard is a 15" hose but I also bought a longer one as an option.
Counterfeit parts are everywhere and Cummins is addressing the problem.
