From what I can gather somehow the end of my waste gate in he dump mechanism has gotten bent to where it does not seat in the channel as it should down at the very bottom where it should be sealing. So, what you end up with is seepage past that lack of seal so that when you pull off the cap to screw on your hose you get a wonderful surprise the first time it happens.
Just looking for any tips/tricks on replacing that part if anyone else has been down this road. Have manual for just about everything else, but not that mechanism.

There is a lighted “Traction Control” on full time on our instrument dash panel, any body have an idea what this is about?
Wonder if it is causing the following?
This coach is a two fisted driving nightmare, been to Miami a dozen times in two years and they can’t fix it so it will stay in its lane without running all over the road!
Drove a 1991 #263 28 years, sure was a BIG mistake to move to a newer unit, even with issues it was a WAY better product this this thing, oh well, live and learn right!
We have a 1989 coach, 8V92…. Coming back from Indy we just lost power and coasted to the shoulder. Just changed fuel filters last week.
Any thoughts??
I was working on locating my front intercom wiring (found it!) and came across the item below.
Anyone have any idea what it is?
I need someone to check out some engine issues near north Alabama. Anyone recommend a place?
I can find and use the retraction button, but is there a release or separate button for pulling it out? I have to drag it out fighting the reel gearing. Trying to make sure I'm doing things right...
The rubber isolators (not sure what to call them) have been worn off. They prevent the metal ring base from scratching the flooring. I don't know how to insert a picture. Anyone know a substitute? Right now I'm using felt.

I think I have read every post in this section reguardingthe VMS system.
Near as I can piece together, one needs a windows PC the software and a connector between the coach and the PC.
What I am not seeing is what is the connection between the connector on my coach and the PC?
Grateful for any help offered.
Cheers.
Got a bunch of marker lights out and it's for sure not just a bad bulb or socket. By bunch I mean on my lower side lights the only ones lit are my middle and the rear red. Thoughts on where to start?
After a harrowing last two miles for us due to a blown airline, this beauty pulled into Hearthside Grove Lake Erie just as I finished my repair. Seeing it felt like my reward...
Have a wonderful holiday weekend, everyone.
